The Lemonade Diet also known as The Master Cleanser is known for its great success for detoxifying the body and also for weight loss.
The only problem with this program is that most people cannot follow the protocol for more than three days.
But through personal trial and error I have discovered three little tips that make this program much easier and enabled me to follow it as long as I like.
Tip # 1:
Drink at least 8 to of the lemonade drink every day. When I first started program I thought that drinking less work better and make me lose more weight and provide better and quicker detoxification. But, was I ever wrong. My body actually needed at least eight to none drinks a day for me to function properly both physically and mentally. There were days we are I drank 12 to 14 glasses. So do not be afraid to drink as much as you need in order to function properly.
Tip # 2:
Do not perform any type of strenuous physical activity. On this program your body is operating on a minimal amount of calories. So any type of intense physical activity is not recommended. So even though running, jogging and intense resistance training such as weight lifting are generally good for you and promote good health; you want to refrain from these activities while you are on the lemonade diet.
Tip # 3:
On days 3 and 4 do not give into your cravings. You have come this far and probably are feeling better and have even lost a few pounds. So do not give in and eat that cone of ice cream and ruin all of your work and effort of the past few days. Stay busy and active keep your mind occupied and you will be able to get over this hump.
