Thyme is a great astringent, and can help in clearing up acne. Pour 1 1/2 cups boiling water over 3-4 tablespoons of dried thyme. Let it sit for around 30 minutes, strain and pour into a clean bottle. Keep refrigerated and can be used instead of soap as a daily rinse.
Strawberries Acne Home Remedy
Crush the strawberries and rub onto face. Leave for around 15 minutes and then rinse thoroughly with warm, then cold water. This will help clear blemishes.
Tip: Many people are allergic to strawberries so do a patch test before using as a facial treatment.
Coriander and Mint Juice Acne Home Remedy
This is a great remedy for pimples and blackheads. Add a teaspoon of coriander juice, mixed with a pinch of turmeric powder. Apply the mixture to the face after thoroughly washing it every night before going to bed.
Tip: Mint juice can be used in a similar manner as coriander juice.
