Everybody sets different goals in life.Most of our wellbeing depends on how we take care of ourselves,it is in fact enough to follow few simple rules to always feel good,have a healthy skin and keep fit.

1- Drink a lot of water:drinking is so important that we should remember to do it even without waiting to become thirsty. You should drink at least two litres of water a day.Water helps many of your body functions:It allows to easily carry nutrients throughout our body and expels the bad toxins.It is important for good body temperature and metabolism.It is not a coincidence that 60% of our body is made of water!!
2- Eat little salt:we consume more salt than we should, sometimes even altering the real taste of the foods we eat!This habit along with an unbalanced diet affects our blood pressure and it is also responsible for the formation of cellulite in the women!It is scientifically proven that consuming less salt it is highly recommended for our health.
3- Exercise: often we do all the kind of sports to in order to sweat and tone in the shortest time possible!Everybody tries the sport that best suit his tastes;but what it is important to know is that by only sweating you do not lose fat but only liquids, it is instead the muscle strengthening,carried out progressively,that helps losing fat and improving the circulation.
4- Equilibrium: it is better to avoid eating fast foods,foods with sugar,foods with too much fat or having way too many snacks throughout the day.Poor nutrition, becomes poison to our organism!The ideal would be to eat lots of fruits and vegetables that are rich in fibre (which helps you to fill full faster and longer),proteins and good carbohydrates!Even fish is very good for your body;meat and cheese are important but they should be consumed in moderation!
5- Watch what you eat: in the foods we consume there may be residuals of preservatives,pesticides and other chemicals that may cause allergies and intoxications.Always read the labels and select high quality products,if possible the ones that come from an organic production.
